Frank Padikkala is an award-winning Technology Architect, Evangelist, Keynote Speaker and Social Media Influencer in the AV/IT space. With a background in IT/Cybersecurity, he advocates for the utilization of converged networks and technologies to create seamless user experiences. He places Innovation and Inclusion as his core values. Frank works at Audinate, the creators of Dante as a Snr. Technical Sales Engineer. Frank also most recently served as the chair of the AVIXA Diversity Council. He is passionate about community building and creating opportunities to build Diversity and Equity in the AV industry. He’s won numerous awards for his industry efforts including AVNation’s 2022 AV Professional of the Year, Commercial Integrator’s 2022 Industry 40 under 40 list and Installation Magazine’s 2021 ProAV Influencer Watch List.
